Qurtuba Online Academy Branding

Being an employee at Qurtuba Online Academy as the lead graphic designer has certainly given me opportunity to build on my design knowledge and experience. I joined the  academy when it was newly established and the branding and brand guidelines was my primary task and goal. Ensuring that the branding represents its values, ethics and promoting the Islamic ethos within its guidelines.
The brands colours consisted of four : Navy blue, magenta, gold and white.
Being an online academy providing online lessons and presentations, the next task/challenge was ...

"how might we introduce a spectrum of colours to ease the online learning journey for our learners whilst maintaining our branding guidelines?"

When I looked at our existing palette, it looked a lot like the primary colours of the colour wheel; blue, red and yellow. This observation then inspired mixing the brands primary colours to create a unique Qurtuba colour wheel.
An incorporation of vector graphics along with organic shapes formed part of Qurtuba Online Academy's branding.
However there are many brands who might have a similar aesthetic to their visuals especially brands whose audience is the likes of Qurtuba Online Academy ie. children/learners. So the next task/challenge was ...

"how might we differentiate from other brands with a similar vector style to have our unique style?"

dodecagon (12 point polygon)

That was it! A unique Qurtuba Online Academy colour wheel and pattern developed.
Alhamdulilah!
